Step 4 - Check for The Answer
While sitting in quiet contemplation, bring your question into your mind. Release and take five deep breaths. The answer often appears as an insight accompanied by a sense of peace and calm. Sometimes you receive assurance that you already know what to do. Be loving and compassionate of yourself. Make friends with your decision. It is important to accept that sometimes the answer we get is not the one we expect and occasionally through this process the question itself changes. Sometimes we get no answer at all, which in some ways is an answer.
