Step 1 - Preparing the Question

Write down the issue that you want to address. Review the factors influencing your decision - Consider the rational issues, the emotional influences. Divide into positives and negatives. Look at the fears on both sides. This will help you see why the decision is difficult. "The Battleground of thoughts and feelings" Ask for guidance.
